These equipments are common ones for the procesing of graphene-related 2D materials, including thin fim fabrication, precise weighting of materials, and surface treatment. 

Risk assessment

1) Spin Processor

• Chemicals flow into the motor will damage the machine.  
• Don’t use acetone to clean the rubber seal ring.

2) Semi-Micro Balance

• Dropping loads on platform can destroy the balance.  
• Corrosive or organic liquids will damage the weighing chamber.

3) Plasma Chamber

• The chamber can be damaged by flammable vapors or hazardous fumes.
• Don't keep any organic solvents inside the chamber.
